Just want to give a special shout out to Kay from the Leasing office as she is very knowledgeable and passionate about explaining the different layouts of each type of unit you’re looking for. Originally I was looking at studio units when I toured, but with a job promotion, Kay was able to welcome me back with a second tour looking for one bedroom units. I have been renting for a long time and I can honestly say I have never had such a great and positive experience anywhere before like I did at Ardor on the Bluffs! I always tell people that you will sense a special “feeling” when you tour a place when it’s meant to be and I felt it right away after my first tour of studio bedrooms. Lastly, I’m very excited to return back to the South Loop and can’t wait to experience the Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge trails when it warms up for spring just to get my steps in! The whole leasing office staff have been very pleasant to work with and this is coming from someone who is a pro at this apartment hunting game!

Lots of amenities and vibes were top notch! This is my first time moving out and Kay made sure she got through everything and answered all my questions. Best experience. Fast response. Easy and understanding. 10/10 customer care and apartment is incredible! Thanks!!! 🎉
