I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at Aire MSP—especially Samantha and the manager. They have always been kind, helpful, and professional, and they truly do their best for the residents.
My only complaint is the building itself. There are five elevators, yet none of them consistently work. It’s normal to wait 20–30 minutes just to get to the first floor, which becomes frustrating when you live here day‑to‑day. The parking situation is even worse, and many parts of the property feel like they’re falling apart. The hot tub they advertise is almost always out of service and unavailable to use. The windows are extremely dirty, covered in cobwebs, and they do leak when it rains. The carpets are old and aren’t replaced when you move in.
I used to think the negative reviews from previous tenants were just people complaining, but after living here for almost a year, I understand why they felt that way. Nothing has changed or improved during my time here.
The management and employees truly are wonderful—it’s just unfortunate that the building itself doesn’t match the quality of the people who work here.
Unfortunately, the issues I reported in my previous review remain unresolved. The resident also leaves trash outside in this manner, creating a disgusting, nauseating smell throughout the area
The shared laundry facilities continue to be misused for commercial purposes. The same residents are still running a laundry business from the building, regularly occupying all washers and dryers and bringing in laundry from outside. As a result, other tenants often cannot do their laundry at all.
I want to be clear that this is not the fault of the leasing office. I believe the management has done what they can, but these residents simply ignore the rules. Stronger action needs to be taken to enforce the building policies, because the current approach has not stopped this behavior.
In addition, the problem has extended into the evenings and midnights . Due to noise from these activities and the lack of enforcement, my neighbors and I are increasingly disturbed. Clothes and supplies are also frequently left in hallways and the laundry room, creating unsanitary conditions.
This has effectively turned a residential laundry room into a business operation, which is unacceptable for tenants paying to live here. Prospective residents should be aware that this ongoing problem continues and stronger management action is needed
Note: Once this issue is fully resolved, I will remove all of my reviews.

This issue has been reported multiple times by email and in person to the leasing office, but no response or action has been taken so far. Clothes and supplies are also frequently left in hallways and the laundry room, creating unsanitary conditions and making the building feel poorly managed.

If management addresses this issue and enforces the rules, I will gladly update or revise this review. Until then, prospective residents should be aware of this ongoing problem

Do not stay here as a guest or resident. Save yourself the time and ESPECIALLY the money.
Moved in with my boyfriend and his roommate, which had no issues, and lived there for two years before finally just moving out. Some of the main issues:
-Elevators rarely work, got stuck in one for two hours with hotel guests and front desk got angry with me for calling the fire department. The middle one on the right side does not even have a car- maintenance told me it has NEVER worked.
-Windows on the parking ramp side ALL LEAK during rainfall, staff said it was on the outside and refused to hire anyone to fix it despite saying they would.
-Started charging abhorrent amounts for utilities, which is due to the fact that the building owes around 50k in water bills (I asked for a copy).
-Maintenance is nice, office staff are incredibly dismissive.
-Apartments are cheap, things break often and maintenance does patch job fixes.
-Bathroom doors lock, but unlock if you jiggle the handle a little.
-Water pressure is a JOKE.
-Power outages happened 4 times during my living there, meaning myself and others had to climb up to our floors in the stairwell (I was on 12). Two of those times, our building was the only one that lost power.
-Laundry rooms are often unclean and unmaintained.
-Parking ramp is half down with "ongoing" construction, but there have not been any workers there or any progress made in almost a full year now. I am almost fully positive that it is because the place is unable to afford to get the work done. You also fight for parking spots with hotel guests unless you want to pay abhorrent amounts for terrible spots- and don't bother! They can't fit a tow truck in the ramp to actually tow anyone.
-Second floor ceilings constantly leak during winter and rainstorms, there's plenty of staining and water damage, and I would estimate mold as well.
-Luggage carts are mostly broken and have bad wheels- if you can even find them. Most of the time they're nowhere to be found.
I understand the apartments are newer compared to the hotel part of this building, however, the quality of them is ridiculous and unfairly priced- not worth it even with the location. The amenities are almost completely unavailable to residents during weekends because the building is full of hotel guests, which is understandable, but they often host events and you can't access elevators, much less find a parking spot.
When the city was doing their rounds, my apartment was looked into, and when I brought up the concern about the windows, the staff who entered the unit tried to speak over me and turn what I said around, as if to cover the issue.
I don't think Bader as a company is the issue, I genuinely believe this building should NOT be utilized for apartments, as the high cost does not reflect the poor quality of the place. Look elsewhere- you'll find better options.
