- KKKyleeAug 23, 20255.0My memories at this place are bittersweet. This was the first apartment me and boyfriend lived together in. It's the apartment where we got our 2 cats. Management here is great, they aren't pushy or too 'in your business'. The pond area is beautiful and attracts some cool animals in the spring/summer. Underground parking for free was absolutely wonderful. My only qualms are about the apartment itself but more so about its old age. It doesn't have the greatest ventilation etc. Very nice for a first apartment out of high school though. Terry is awesome, reasonable, and tries her best to work with you instead of against you. Their maintenance staff could be way better but honestly, I don't regret living here at all. It was wonderful and prepared me a little more for what else is to come in the future. Thank you Valley Pond!! <3

- EEElsMar 14, 20235.0I’ve lived here since June and love it! Laundry is card operated instead of coins which is helpful. Maintenance helps in a timely manner and Terri is the best. Location is great and the neighbors are nice. Building is kept very clean.

I would recommend Valley Pond as a great place to live. The apartments are clean and spacious and when it snows they are on top of sending out messages to inform the tenants of clean up or any other notices in a timely fashion.
