I lived here right after it opened until recently I broke my lease ($2000)....so almost 6 years. At first it was really nice but after about two years management just let the property go. I've had visitors towed, with passes and it costs $350 cash to get your car and the office doesn't do anything even if you're wrongly towed. I've played parking wars trying to park on the lot parking...where I live, having to circle the lot for 30+ minutes. I've had issues with the amenities not working, my electrical outlets kept blowing and maintenance said "it's picking up signals from across the street" & putting the same maintenance request in over and over again until my boyfriend would just end up fixing it for me, my smoke detectors continuously went off and I had to call the fire department multiple times over the years, first name basis... Couldn't ever use my terrace because the washing machine from an unknown unit has their vents drop lint on you or the neighbors AC is attached to them so you cannot hear your own thoughts. But I loved the gym, the convience really of where the apartments are located and having extra bathrooms throughout the building (when they weren't locked or not working) for guests to use. The coffee machine is a big hit as well. Never lost a package. But the last year, there was a lot of violence in the park, drugs and suicide in the building. The cleaners brought cockroaches into the building and in the end the upbeat friendly atmosphere and cleaniness just went away. If something in the common area was broken or there were piles of dog poop or dog poop bags everywhere management didn't care. Come move out time, we did the final walk through, everything was fine. Then I get a letter that I'm being charged for high prices for small things that's normal wear and tear and threatened to send me to collections, bit aggressive.. I wouldn't call this a high class building. It's very overpriced for what you actually get and I wouldn't take back my experience but I wouldn't recommend these apartments. They look nice but they're cheaply thrown together and not cared for because you pay for that when you move out.

Never rent from this apartment complex EVER!! Soon as you move out they charge you for innacurate damages and random fees that are not real!! Managment sucks and the units are not luxury! It’s a money pit, be ready to get scammed! Also there’s random people not even residents who walk in. Always a stench of weed smell, so if ur a smoker it’s a great place for you! Constant loud footsteps running through the halls as well as dogs barking constantly! Pools always closed. The grills hardly work and never have gas, bottom line the place is garbage. They tow your vehicle even with a parking pass! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Managment never answers the phone either so don’t bother calling for anything!

Me and my husband been living at Nuvelo’s for +3 years and a half now. While the building offers a luxurious environment with its high-end amenities, there are some significant details that need attention: the lobby in general, for example. The book, the plants and the coffee machine area. Lately, the experience has been marred by ongoing issues that detract from the otherwise upscale setting. Lately, WEED smell all over the lobby and the 1st floor, it is disgusting and it is disrupting the peaceful, quiet atmosphere that should be a standard in luxury living. This is been going on for a while now. It's unfortunate that the building's management doesn't seem to be giving enough attention to these issues or just go with the person that is crating this issue, as they significantly impact the overall quality of life here. It is important that the cleaning effort keeps growing but also should be on us (resident) try to keep the cleanliness thru the day and also the weekends. In summary, while the building's design and amenities are certainly luxurious, it's the lack of focus on the finer details—like neighborly noise control and odor management—that prevent it from living up to its full potential.
