  Over priced with no amenities. There has been 0% in taking action towards the large amount of the dead or dying trees. There is no overflow parking and those parking in the streets, will be towed. Or should be when blocking driveways. Plowing is a joke. The person plowing just pushes it all to my garden and driveway. I have lost heirloom plants that have been there since 1991. There is no place in the yard to replant, that catches the sun needed I once had a wooden fence, that was put up prior to buying my place, but over the years, it has been plowed down. Absolutely no respect. I have neighbors that park 4 deep, when it's clearly marked for 2 cars, yet after all my complaints goes un̈noticed. Twice, I've been relocated elsewhere due to hostage situations. There was a murder on my corner street. A few months back, there was a helicopter over my neighborhood, seeking a fugitive. Yard lights are either missing or don't work. The living trees are overdue for trimming back. My neighbors tree over extends over my driveway. The sap and bird crap has ruined the finish of my car. Not to mention the extra leaves in the fall. If I could go back in time, I would never buy a mobile home!

  My husband and I have lived at Cedar Knolls for over two years. While we truly enjoy our home, the property management has consistently been a source of frustration—and this past weekend was the breaking point. A friend of ours was visiting, and her truck was parked directly in front of our home. Without any warning or notice, it was towed on Sunday morning. No one from management came to our door to notify us, and we have never previously had an issue with parking enforcement at this property. When I called the front office to ask where the vehicle had been taken, the staff member I spoke with said she didn’t know but took my information and promised a call back. I never received one. We ended up having to contact the non-emergency police line ourselves to locate the vehicle. Unfortunately, the towing company had already closed for the day, which meant my friend—who lives several hours away—had to take time off work on Monday to retrieve her truck. On top of having to take a day off work, she was also charged $400 to get her truck back. As of today (Wednesday), I still have not received a return call from management. This incident is just one example of the ongoing lack of communication and poor service from Cedar Knolls. We’ve also had three dead trees in our yard since before we moved in. One was finally removed a few months ago—but without any prior notice or communication from management. It's incredibly frustrating to pay nearly $1,000 a month in lot rent and receive such negligent service in return. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  I mean… don’t go over 3mph or you’ll pop all your tires - so dramatic with the speed bumps

  They did not give my deposit they charge me for things that were not broken I have picture of everything and on top of that they are charging me for a door that during a bad weather it got damaged I did call them to report it they never change it and they are charging me for that and they cut my water a week before my lease ended, I have 2 little kids they did not care
