- NSNatasha SolorzanoDec 11, 20251.0We moved in May & honestly maintenance sucks, especially during the snow months, they don’t clean the streets properly… they just push the snow the sides blocking peoples driveway…. & they want to up the lot rent starting january??? do a better job!!!!! maintenance is just lazy!!!!! we all pay almost a 1000 dollars & the trailer park can’t seem to do a simple task right.
- TMTracy MccomberOct 31, 20251.0Over priced with no amenities. There has been 0% in taking action towards the large amount of the dead or dying trees. There is no overflow parking and those parking in the streets, will be towed. Or should be when blocking driveways. Plowing is a joke. The person plowing just pushes it all to my garden and driveway. I have lost heirloom plants that have been there since 1991. There is no place in the yard to replant, that catches the sun needed I once had a wooden fence, that was put up prior to buying my place, but over the years, it has been plowed down. Absolutely no respect. I have neighbors that park 4 deep, when it's clearly marked for 2 cars, yet after all my complaints goes un̈noticed. Twice, I've been relocated elsewhere due to hostage situations. There was a murder on my corner street. A few months back, there was a helicopter over my neighborhood, seeking a fugitive. Yard lights are either missing or don't work. The living trees are overdue for trimming back. My neighbors tree over extends over my driveway. The sap and bird crap has ruined the finish of my car. Not to mention the extra leaves in the fall. If I could go back in time, I would never buy a mobile home!
