  If you’re looking at Legends Rosewood Village, ask for Thea! I toured the property while helping my mom look for a new place, and although I’m not leasing for myself, I left seriously considering it for her largely because of our experience with Thea. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly genuine from the moment we walked in. Thea didn’t make us feel like “just another tour.” She took the time to understand what my mom is looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and was honest and transparent about options. She was patient, kind, and never pushy — which means a lot, especially when trying to help a parent. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. That kind of energy makes a difference! Because of Thea, Legends Rosewood Village is absolutely at the top of our list. She made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable, and that goes a long way. Highly recommend connecting with her if you’re considering moving! Remember, ask for Thea - you won’t be disappointed!

  Living here has been a positive experience from day one. The leasing and management team made move-in easy, and maintenance is prompt and reliable. The neighborhood is nice, and I feel comfortable and secure. Overall, a great place to live!. I’m happy to call this place home!

  I’ve been living at LRV for quite some time, and over the years I’ve seen maintenance staff come and go. Not too long ago, Darnell came in and saved the day. He is professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to detail. He always takes the time to listen, made sure everything was handled properly, and followed through to ensure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in their work, but Darnell absolutely does. His dedication and positive attitude really make a difference in the community. Thank you, Darnell! I hope he stays forever! He is great.

  Moved here in 2019. Absolutely love it here. Perfect location out away from the hustle and bustle of town but close to everything we need. The office staff and Darnell are awesome. They take care of your issues very quickly and have cool events in the clubhouse constantly. I highly recommend living here.

  I recently moved to Legends Rosewood Village and have had such a great experience so far. The staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from day one, which made the whole transition so much easier. The community feels well cared for, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional and kind. I also love the events they host. It is a great way to meet people and feel connected. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and excited to keep settling in!
