  We were told a specific unit was available and submitted our application for the same floor plan, as the unit itself did not appear in their portal. A few hours later, we were informed it had already been leased. Despite immediately asking to withdraw, the office refused to refund our $200 application fee. Communication was confusing, with conflicting AI messages and delayed responses, making the process frustrating and misleading. Triple-check everything before renting here. Truly a disappointing experience, and I’m glad we did not move forward with leasing.

  Joey was amazing at coming to check out my apartment when I needed maintenance, he was quick and super helpful!

  I haven’t been living here for long, but what I do have to say is that the maintenance guy Joey is always getting to my work orders pretty quick and is always in a cheerful mood with great customer service which is nice to have in a community!!!!

  My husband and I lived at BLVD for about a year while we searched for a home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had here! There are great amenities (pool, gym, pickleball courts, dog park etc), the apartments are spacious and well maintained, and the staff members are friendly & easy to communicate with. We spent a lot of time at the dog park with our pup, and we found such a sweet community among the other dog owners! Of course, like any apartment complex, BLVD wasn’t perfect - it was a little on the pricier side, snow removal services in the winter weren’t great, trash pickup was sometimes inconsistent, and a lot of the residents weren’t great about cleaning up their pet’s waste. All things considered though, this was a great place to be for a while. Thank you BLVD!

  I was one of the first tenants to move in here two years ago and unfortunately this place has gone downhill since then. The apartments and amenities here are mostly nice, but that's about where it ends. If you live here you will hear everything from the apartment above/below yours (extremely thin walls) and dogs barking constantly, day and night. Neighbors in general are inconsiderate and noisy, leave trash piled up outside, dog poop on the sidewalks, and make their own parking spaces. Alex, the community manager was not helpful in resolving a very well documented noise issue with neighbors. On top of very high rent, you will also get to pay a $150 'convenience fee' every month that covers an Amazon locker that's always full and trash pickup that is frequently missed. Equipment in the gym is not set up safely and frequently out of order, the mail room is packed full of packages that people do not pick up, and you often can't enjoy the clubhouse because of alarms going off inside. If you're looking for a peaceful place with respectful neighbors to call home, this is not the place for you.
