  The application process is horrible. It would have been nice to talk to someone other than AI also it took me three hours to do it going back to the leasing office for help. AI kept asking for things I all ready gave to them. I got way too many emails from AI. I got very frustrated. I had to have someone else call to be approved. The Apartment is nice but I had to give a list to the manger about things that have to be fixed. You need an easier better application process.?this one sucks

  Had a tour today. Teela was very nice, patient and professional. The other woman in the office were acting rude towards my kid. I had a very bad feeling there afterward. After reading these reviews on google, helped me to make the final decision to stay away from these apartments.
