  So, as a recent home buyer and a resident of this community, I can say first hand that the process has been amazing. From the day I walked into the model to the day I walked into my new home the process has been handled top notch. Truthfully, the experience was not easy (home building never is easy) but Toll Brothers does an amazing job of making it understandable. This is not my first built home, but probably my favorite. Rob and his team on the construction side and Zainab on the sales side could not have been more understanding, cooperative, patient, and accommodating. If you are looking to buy a house I can understand why this may be a less desirable option. If you are truly looking to build a home, these guys have it down. The community is amazingly welcoming, clean, and friendly. I look forward to years of living in The Reserve at West Bloomfield.

  Pictures speak for itself. Don’t waste your time with toll brothers. 7 figure homes and almost zero quality. Dunhill subdivision/northville.

  My experience was made wonderful by Zainab Jaafar. She was very knowledgeable, patient with explaining all my options and went above and beyond in helping explore my options. Ask for her by name you'll thank yourself later.
