    Serious Maintenance Problems – Unsafe Living Conditions I moved here in July 2025, and maintenance issues started almost immediately. I’ve had a major water leak from my bathtub since September 2025, and it still has not been fixed. At this point, water flows out as if the tub is running. During winter, there is no snow removal at all. I’ve had to shovel my own snow, and the parking lot gets so bad you practically need a snowmobile to drive through it. In December, after a snowfall, a family member slipped and fell in the parking lot. The only area that ever gets cleared is near the leasing office, even though there is a snow plow truck on-site. There are gaps in my garage door and cracks near the foundation, which allowed mice to get into my garage. The only fix was setting traps and adding a weather strip. The floors are uneven, and before move-in there was a large hole in the laundry room floor. Instead of repairing it properly, vinyl flooring was laid over it, causing the washer and dryer to shake during use. The walls are paper-thin, I can hear my neighbor’s dog barking as if it’s in my unit, and my bathroom closet door is falling off its hinges. These issues have gone on for months with little to no resolution. My tub is still not fixed. This property is poorly maintained and unsafe. Unprofessional Management – Hostile and Intimidating The biggest issue at this property is management. When I went to the leasing office to calmly request maintenance for a serious water leak, the manager was rude and confrontational and threatened to call the police simply for raising a maintenance concern. Because of that interaction, I no longer feel safe or comfortable here. Being threatened with police involvement for reporting a maintenance issue is unacceptable and has created a hostile and intimidating environment. Due to this situation, I am requesting that my lease be terminated so I can move out as soon as possible. I am fully prepared to vacate the unit within a week or less if this is handled appropriately. I refuse to allow you to take my money and threaten to call the police on me for addressing a maintenance issue! Additionally, I was referred here by a family member, and the referral incentive was mishandled and took three months to correct, which added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the way resident concerns are handled is deeply concerning. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving in. Exibits: First 3 pictures are the leasing office, look how clear the roads are. Third pic is the tub I'm still having an issue with. 4th is the laundry room showing the uneven flooring. 5th is the parking lot where you need a snowmobile to get through. 6th is the garage showing foam installation sprayed in cracks along with mouse traps 7th and 8th are the door to garage where there’s a 2 inch gap in door!
