I’ve been here for about 2 months. I had a good start, the move in process was made easy since they emailed me everything before hand. The office is good. They take what I say seriously. The apartments are big and I like having my own central air. There isn’t much noise, I like my neighbors. I’m glad I found this place.

What a poor excuse for an apartment… The tile in my shower fell off not once… But twice. The first time it took at least three months to get this fixed leaving me with a trash bag that I had to make shift over the hole pictured to allow me to shower. This would happen again six months before moving out. Both times the complex was contacted immediately. There was NO wall behind the title. Just a thin layer of drywall. Why did it fall? You had to have the shower pressing against the far wall or the water would drip out of the shower. Speaking of water dripping? The light fixture in my dining area was dripping water at one point from the upstairs apartment quite drastically for about an hour while the light was on. Luckily no one got hurt to my knowledge. Water also leaked down from the ceiling into the bathroom and my closet leaving me with water damaged clothing. At some point this complex chose to fix a “gate” I put air quotes around because if a car really wanted to get through they could on the grass. There was also a walking entrance point on the one side of the complex in addition to the holes in the fence prior to the additional wall but over (I have pictures of that too) always being ripped off to quickly access the family dollar. The same upstairs neighbors who I suspect were unaccompanied minors would drop trash bags and bags full of water from their apartment constantly. The paper thin walls made me hear my domestic violence neighbors scream at each other constantly next door and people making questionable noises from above. They pride themselves on cameras… in the front to prove who ripped the gate down twice… three times? Note that they didn’t give a front entrance key when they finally chose to fix it. This was an additional $50. Which was retuned when leaving and not given back from the deposit. Mail box didn’t lock, the upstairs neighbors would also smoke cigarettes and pot from the hallway window. Again… CAMERAS! Constantly had packages stolen. Once again… “CAMERAS!!” At one point they fixed a broken lock on my building. This lead me to almost being locked out of the building because they never gave me a key to the front door. Additional safety? Oh well most residents didn’t have keys and it’s 2026 where people have packages delivered daily. People not having access resulted in backed up traffic on Mound rd, school buses being stuck at the gate, and in addition to this the narrow roads on the apartment property resulted in many near accidents in addition to the placement of the trash cans outside being placed poorly. While moving we were told to place trash at a specific place. The building maintenance person twice in a weeks time accused us of dumping trash illegally and claiming my building didn’t exist. He knew what apartment it was after mentioning the shower hole. Oh in addition to ALL of this. The apartment’s air conditioning didn’t work for a year and three quarters of my two years in the apartment. They fixed it after claiming they wouldn’t basically the day the temperatures dropped. It was obvious that someone had tampered with my air conditioning. Whether it was a deranged neighbor or idiot child I don’t know.
