  My husband and I absolutely love living at Encore! Truly, I don’t know what kind of magic they’re running over here, but every single time we’ve had an issue, it’s handled within a day. Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. It never feels like you’re “bothering” anyone. Dafney, the manager and the maintenance team deserve a standing ovation. It’s such a good feeling knowing that if something comes up, it’ll be taken care of quickly and with a smile.

  I was pretty excited about thought of living here but after 1 week of putting in my application I have heard absolutely nothing. I get its a process but a week is a bit much and now it’s about to be the weekend. At the point, I’m ready to explore other options!! It’s crazy because everyone on these reviews praise how nice everyone is but I haven’t received any of that!

  Zack on the maintenance team is an absolute life saver. Our furnace went out at 12 at night, and while it being extremely cold outside and him knowing we have children in the house, he didn’t leave until it was fixed. Thank you!
