  I cannot find a Work Order on SQ!!! My REQEST said closed but put on a Work Order. Well, I cannot confirm that or not because Work Orders do not show up on Town Square. And the is not done. I terribly dislike Town Square!!! If we are suppose to use the internet than make Town Square user friendly. We did get an e-mail state work orders on SQ, but they are not there!!!

  I am a semi retired Physician who has invested in the properties for a monthly income . There has been some accounting issues and i went personally to the Troy office. I have been in contact with Ms R Green who was very professional, helpful and truly concerned about my accounts. She is an asset to the corporation!

  Associa Kramer Triad Management Group (KT) has managed our community for nearly four years. On January 12 of this year, co-owners were notified that a customer satisfaction survey would be distributed—marking the first time KT has conducted such a survey for our community. On January 20, co-owners were informed that the survey had been delayed, with a revised distribution window of February 16 through March 6, 2026. However, the survey was never distributed, and no further communication was provided to co-owners regarding the delay. On March 30, I submitted a request to Karen who is the manager of our community in the Troy, Michigan office seeking an update. On April 8, I received an email response from Lucero, Administrative Assistant, stating: “Please be advised that we do not have any new information about the distribution at this time. As soon as we receive updates, co-owners will be notified.” To date, there has been no follow-up communication or explanation regarding the missed timeline. This lack of transparency and follow-through is concerning, particularly for an initiative intended to gather community feedback.

  KTM property management group needs to get its act together. What disservice and injustice it is doing to the homeowners who rely heavily on the efficiency of their service.
