Recently we got mole tunnels on our property, I contacted LandArc again. And guess what, no response either. I agree with the statements - I would give a zero stars if there was an option.
- ESEric SOct 18, 20251.0The HOA monthly fee was increased since August, but I never got any notice, neither my neighbor. Instead, I got a late fee charge letter. I told them if the late fee is not removed, I will be happy to pay it and legal action will follow, which I truly plan to do. After several rounds of interaction and the involvement of the HOA board, the late fee is removed. It is unfortunate that you have to pursue legal action to deal with this company, but that maybe your only choice.

Stacey should not be working there, she should be fired she hangs up on you immediately as soon as you start voicing your concerns. Upper management does not seem to care either. I have had a roof leak since the past three months and nothing has been done. Every time I call they have the same response that we will get back to you which never happens! I am surprised with the amount of negative reviews and same issues as me that no has filed a legal complaint against this company!

Update : I was able to contact them and get the help I needed. Stacy is helpful and explained the whole process that was required for my case.
