  I opened a request on behalf of a neighbor to remove a vehicle from her parking lot. This vehicle had been ticketed to be towed on 1/14 yet it was still there on 2/25. Within a couple hours the vehicle was finally gone. Thanks Lucero for generating this removal work order.

  Roxanne Green does a great job for us. From Budgeting, Projects and keeping our Board informed has been a great experience. Even minor issues are stayed on top of by Roxanne.

  I serve on the board of a single family home HOA Board, and we selected KT to manage our community. I am leaving this review for the sole purpose of saving other HOA board members time, stress, and suffering. KT dropped the ball in many ways, and was given many chances to resolve, and failed time and time again. Immense turnover meant we had to retrain FOUR different managers in as many months. Lack luster customer service. Outsourcing of everything from checks for vendors to resident payments means very little can be handled in house. Delayed financials. And, multiple conversations with upper level management who wanted to "resolve our issues" that amounted to nothing. I have never had to spend more time or put out as many fires as I did when we used KT. Genuinely, I feel we would have been better off self managing. If it weren't for the handling of financials, we were nearly to the point of self management. At least then we could put in the time and actually have some control over the outcome. I have no doubt KT has good people who want to do a good job, but I believe their onboarding process, support system, and performance tracking is not anywhere near what it should be to enable employees to be successful. If you are looking for a management company in SE MI to manage your single family neighborhood, LOOK. ELSEWHERE.
