- PPPamelaOct 27, 20255.0The community is looking so much better. Work is finally being done. I even noticed beautiful mums hanging at the clubhouse. I feel the new staff at Robbinwood truly care about the community and residents, which has been along time since I have felt this way and I have been her over 20 years. They say hello or wave whenever they are out and about and ask how you are doing. They have gotten rid of homes that needed to be gone a very long time ago. The only negative I have is trash company is horrible and parking is a headache. The office is trying to come up with solutions for both of these issues which makes me happy. At least they are trying.

- BABob AAug 12, 20251.0I came to this location with genuine interest in checking out their trailer houses, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by a lack of basic compassion. While we were there, my son ( 4 years old ) urgently needed to use the restroom. I kindly asked the lady at the rental office if she could allow him to use theirs, but she refused, saying they don’t have a public restroom. I understand that businesses have policies, but when it comes to a small child in need, a little understanding and humanity should come first. This lack of empathy left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it certainly changed my opinion about doing business here.
- SBSherrie BarbaAug 11, 20251.0So im just going to speak my mind since the maintenace man wants to tell me about my anger issues and how everything is our fault even thou he dont live in this community so other people have 3 cars but yet they always take pitcures of our cars so we have to pay for storage while other people can have as many as they want we cant park on grass but others can cant work on cars but others can sales lady can say rude comments on camera thats ok too but we try to bring things to your attention but you pick and chose who gets to do what u wanna use r cameras to help u figure out issues u dont pay our bill but thanks to u we have another bill noone else seems to u pick at the people u want gone just say leave none of u r worth my time u dont wanna say nothing to me to fix it dont ever say nothing to me or maybe i should just lawyer up like ur maintenance man that has alot to say about me and miss brenda u really should learn to talk to people like humans and not like the r under u .
