  I’ve lived here a couple years now and it’s wonderful! The ladies inside the office, Leona and misha, are so very kind and understanding and truly make this park a better place! The new management has definitely made this a wonderful place to stay! All around an amazing place to live!

  I am in the process of purchasing a home. Brenda is fantastic making it a positive and smooth process. The ladies in the office are very accommodating and provide a positive experience every time I show up even unexpectedly!!! I’m not even a resident yet and have been invited to their March Festivities. I already feel like I am home!

  Leona & Neisha are doing an amazing job bringing the park up to par! Every morning Monday-Friday they greet my children at the bus stop and welcome them home in the afternoon. They are such amazing ladies! I’m so glad we got them here at the park! Thanks Brenda & corp! The ladies are planning events for the kids/families here to bring everyone together! They even started a food pantry for anyone who needs help and it’s HUGE for a mobile home park. They are going above and beyond! Go Robbinwood Villa! Happy to be here!

  Unfortunately my experience here has been poor. Staff members choose who they want to return calls to, and are almost never in the office during posted times. I've shown up during office hours to get answers to questions because they refuse to answer the phone or return voicemails, and yet no one is in the office either. I gave them notice that I was moving out in February, and they are still trying to collect March rent, charge late fees, and REFUSE to answer the phone when I call to talk to them about it. I've emailed. I've called. I have left a message that I will come into the office to get it figured out- to no avail. Leona seemed to want to make a difference at first, but it turns out, no one there cares about providing good service. I'm so disappointed that no one has the decency to return a call.

  Recently became part of this community. The staff is amazing. Very polite and proactive. Quick response to requests. We attended the Valentines trivia party at the clubhouse and it was a lot of fun. Looking forward to the other activities they have planned in 2026!
