  I like living here but the garbage around the aparments makes it looks terrible i don’t like looking like i live at a garbage dump

  Amazing! That's all I have to say. I had issues getting approved to some other apartments for example the block that's right across the street and they have a lot smaller apartments. They are the same price to apply but the block gave me the no answer. I then applied at Maple Creek and got denied as well but maple creek also has a program called guaranteed renters program . Basically it's a business you have to pay a lot of money to them so that they will cosign for you to get the apartment. After paying that you still need approved by the apartments with income and have to have all your utilities in your name but I was able to get in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer with laundry room in my apartment and a dishwasher as well. Central air. Nice bathroom and colors for the apartment. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Also to everyone complaining about issues with appliances. When you move into an apartment. The very first thing you do after moving in is test all your appliances to make sure they work properly so you can bring it to the offices attention and you still need to put in a work order people. That is how things are scheduled to get fixed. I'm a maintenance technician and it works the same way at the factory they can tell me to fix something major but if we don't have time they need to put in a work order and everything is done on priority level. This place is not bad at all. Especially since they have central air. I don't know why people move into apartments with window air conditioning in the walls. Smh love the new place!!! Thank you Avery for your patience with me calling and helping me navigate what I had to turn in.

  I live in this apartment they are just money hungry. Horrible with Tenants. If there’s an issue it takes weeks to come fix simple issue also if you tell them they can’t come in without your approval they will come inside.

  I moved in one week ago and already having issues with my appliances. Stove not working, washer and dryer not working and when I bring this to Avery and her teams attention they told me I had to put in a work order. (I JUST MOVED IN) there should be no reason why I should already have to put in a work order. Anywho, I put the work order in and nothing has been done yet. They say they take care of emergencies first then will get back to me. (Whenever that is) That’s bullshit when I’m a brand new tenet haven’t even been here for even a week and have to wait when all this should’ve been looked at and made sure the unit was suitable for me to move in.on the other hand. The neighbor hood is nice and quiet but far as management it’s a no for me. I’m pretty sure you can find another unit with a better management team. Sign lease at your own risk just know if there’s any issues and your a brand new tenet you will have to get in line.
