  I've been a resident since 2023 and have seen a number of staff members come and go. This new management is very questionable. I have a degree in urban systems/ work as a policy analyst and the added fees they tact on is very alarming. It could be a landlord-tenant issue, but seeing how there are changes/charges being implemented without proper planning or acknowledgement puts middle- and low-income tenants in a gray area of financial planning for the next month. During the last summer, the pool was restricted due to the number of Black kids enjoying their weather. I understand if the children/teenagers were causing a noise issue, but it doesn't mean you should restrict access for all members in the community. That pool, gym, and utilities need to be apart of the rent. If not, what are we paying for? Are these extra funds actually going to the community or is it flowing into someone's pockets?

  Applied for this property and provided annual income as it appeared on my earnings statement. Vero denies the application stating inaccurate information. Their verification system seems to inaccurate! I will say that Trevon was awesome when my daughter toured the property for me. Clearly, providing paystubs didn’t mean anything for someone making nearly 90,000 annually. Too bad I lost a total of $200 in application fees to learn this just wasn’t meant to be!
