  When I tell you, you will be nickel and dime for perceived luxury. I have this apartment purely out of convenience and location to my job. I know I’m not gonna renew my lease… Staff amazing tho … The actual apartments Themselves for the price, if I had more time, I’m sure I could’ve found something nicer. You would think you would have a washer/dryer or microwave in the unit, You’re asking for too much if you think you should have that for $1300. When I read the lease and heard what I have to do to move out for the inspection, I thought I would’ve moved into a clean apartment… NOPE, I’m actively still cleaning and it’s been a couple of days.When I tell you, it is bare bones believe me.. Still have to wait for my carpet to be cleaned and just a logistics of moving in on top of them not having clear parameters for the application is how they will got me. $360 just to apply Is criminal. I am happy to update that every single concern pretty much has been addressed, If not completely resolved. I’m genuinely glad that they cared enough rectify the situation before the owner even replied to this review. I was definitely ready to have a terrible lease here and I feel 100% better about everything now.🙏🏾

  I had a wonderful experience with the apartment application experience. Lakira was very resourceful, pleasant and helpful with this whole process. Her personality is so welcoming and ensured me that this was the perfect place to live! Thank you for all your help and I highly recommend her as your next leasing consultant!

  Jason and Lakira who work in the main office are wonderful. Very pleasant and accommodating. The application process has been smooth. So far I can only comment on the initial process and I’m impressed. The grounds of the community are well kept, the updates units are nicely done, and the amenities of what they have to offer is a huge selling point.

  Lakira was incredibly helpful in answering any and all questions my girlfriend and I had while touring apartments. The apartments were in great shape, and the community itself is what we are looking for. We definitely left with Kensington being at the top of our list for when it comes time to make our decision.
