    Moved out months ago and still have not yet gotten my security deposit back. I do not expect to ever receive it. During my time as a tenant, maintenance was terrible with long wait times and had to constantly visit the leasing office for anything to get done. Put in multiple service requests for a smoke detector low battery beep in a common area and this issue was never resolved for the entirety of my one year lease. A doorknob leading to the outside was completely broken and no longer attached to the door during the coldest winter months, which left tenants with the option to either leave it open and let cold air into the building in order to exit easily, or close it and try their best to force it open which is another huge fire hazard. This was not fixed for at least a week or two. Unit was fine but definitely not “newly renovated” like they claimed. Everything was falling apart and the landlord special paint job was the worst I have ever seen with hair, pieces of plastic, tape, etc under the paint in several areas along with paint all over the floor.

    I don’t recommend anyone moving to this property. The maintenance is horrible, the office staff is not to be trusted. We were lied to from the day we moved in about amenities that we would have access to, that we NEVER GOT TO USE at all. The pool never opened. The sauna never got fixed after the apartment manager lied about her boyfriend not fixing it because they broke up?? lol. It was a sad experience. I can go on and on just don’t do it trust me.

    Wonderful tenant I came by for a tour the other day and she was just a lovely welcoming spirit. I’m excited to see where this journey takes us and I just really like the village Oh and is so beautiful inside the lounge is beautiful. The outlet of the apartment is nice. Everything is wonderful.

    Upon moving to the village of Franklin two months ago, I had reservations due to negative feedback.Nevertheless, I chose to take a chance and have been thoroughly impressed. Brittany demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responding to numerous questions with candor and maintaining consistent eye contact. Her demeanor remained composed throughout our extensive discussion. As I emphasized the importance of transparency, Brittany delivered, ensuring the village of Franklin feels like home. Her outstanding service was the primary factor in my decision, especially after comparing other locations. I extend sincere gratitude to Brittany for her remarkable assistance and wish her continual success. I didn’t know about the bee issue until after I moved in. I was NOT able to sleep in my main bedroom for 8months. The issue is still Not corrected because I was killing bees after I was told the issue was corrected. I have plenty of pics to show.

    I scheduled a viewing and was sent a confirmation email shortly after. The day before the viewing I was sent another confirmation email with a totally different time that was at minimum a two hour difference from the initial time I selected. I reached out PRIOR to both my initial time and the new time they gave me and no one answered. I left a detailed message and received no follow up. Two days after my scheduled showing I received a phone call about me submitting an inquiry. What should have been simple process lacked communication, urgency and general consideration.
