  Heat wasn’t kicking out as it should. It was the weekend but first thing Monday morning, maintenance was out and made sure the heat was working properly.

  I am so thankful for the reviews left by everyone…especially Miracle. I was considering moving to Sutton place, I currently live in a home next door and wanted to downsize. The terrible condition of the entire cemented grounds was already a red flag but now I am VERY clear…Do NOT move to Sutton Place. Luxury living does not include grounds that look like what I saw🤷🏽‍♀️

  Mark and Javonte have been the best maintenance guys ever. Since moving in a few months back anything that has needed to be fixed they have made sure it was fixed correctly and in a timely fashion. Them guys are alright with me.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Here I am, the night before Thanksgiving, packing up my family to go to sleep somewhere else. There’s MICE in my expensive “Luxury Townhome” and my kids are PETRIFIED to return home. This is our first time in a long time being in our own place and our first Thanksgiving eve here. I spent over $200 plus on food for my family and now everything is canceled because there’s MICE RUNNING AROUND MY TOWNHOUSE. I can not live like this, maintenance is very INCOMPETENT and apparently a rodent issue isn’t an EMERGENCY. This was the last straw for me of the many things that have happened here. From my water heater going out and I had no hot water for days to my air conditioner being out for a week in 85 plus degree weather. Is maintenance apologetic, empathetic? No, it’s almost like they upset that you’re upset, you don’t wanna live with MICE! I will write a review everyday until my family is done right! I am absolutely disgusted, do not move here. Update: Maintaintence did not finish closing off gaps within the townhome where mice could enter, I was told by maintenance that he would be back in the morning. Never came. Overnight mice were then spotted in the downstairs of the home. My family had to go seek shelter elsewhere.

  The evening before Thanksgiving, Javonte and Mark worked extra hard for approximately 5 hrs. rewiring my kitchen 220 outlet and connecting a new cord to a new stove. I am pleased that they were able to get new stove connected. I appreciate Their determination and hard work. Five 🌟Stars for Mark and Javonte. Three 🌟Stars for Sutton Place. Come to find out, my wiring in wall was the original wires from 1975 when units were built. The stove sutton place ordered is basic and very cheap, Not digital, no clock or timer. Big button dials from the 80's, No light or window to see food while it is cooking in oven. The stove looks really cheap. Definitely not a stove for the 21st Century.
