But ever since Zack came to the Kensington, I've experienced nothing but professionalism, care in his work, friendliness, understanding, and integrity. Me and my wife were looking to move because of the maintenance manager, from all previous experiences, especially his attitude problem, and unfriendly interactions. But now that Zack is here, we are so pleased with everything from his work, effectiveness, and passion for his job. Thank you Zack, our family appreciate you.
