He continued to tell me that I need to let the washer go through the whole cycle and I tried to tell him that I am and for some reason the washer is turning off and locking the door. It made me feel that he was not believing me and that I am the reason that the washer is not working.

- CCChonda COct 11, 20252.0The new ownership is making progress to make the community better. However, the constant rent increases are insane, especially when there are no upgrades to your unit. But due to “market value”, rent increases at each renewal. Also, a special provision is now added to leases, “A move-out inspection fee of $125 will be due at the time a Notice to Vacate is submitted and is considered Additional Rent.” This is ridiculous and yet another fee for the tenant.
