  I reached out to the company seeking for an expert in the Commercial real estate in Detroit. I was instantly paired with an agent. I told him about my delimma and we met that same day. He seemed very uneasy that I had already pursued a location on my own. He stated to me several times about his fees. I also made it very clear to that agent I'm am more than willing to pay him whatever his fees are to make the deal happen for me. I was also willing to look for other potential spaces. The realtor told me he had some places pulled for me and he were going to email it to me that afternoon. I also asked him to please contact the other agent for me to discuss a proposal. I never heard back from the realtor. Therefore, I called the realtor and left a message telling him to please call me back. Instead, I got a text message from him saying I cannot help you, Good luck with making things work out on my own. Talking about unprofessional. Allen Holt is that realtor name. As a business owner, I pride myself on being the best I can to my clients. If I cannot provide my clients with a service they are seeking, I always refer them to someone that can help.
