- MMMimiApr 17, 20264.0I personally don’t have any real issues here. I have small issues like a light bulb needing replacement, toilet not flushing all the way out of 8 months of me living here. Maintenance handles my work orders in a timely manner, usually come to my rescue in about 2 days. Neighbors aren’t loud or thieves (that i’m aware of or experienced), walls aren’t paper thin! I love the grass and benches outside with the grill. And a small playground for kids! Not much to say! Bye

The maintenance team is always on point—requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference day to day. Management has also been helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. The complex itself is clean, well-kept, and overall very quiet. It’s a comfortable place to live, and you can tell there’s effort put into maintaining a good environment for residents. The location is solid too—once they finish fixing 696, it’ll honestly be perfect lol. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, peaceful place to stay.

Ken removed my bathroom shower sliding doors and installed a shower rod, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the new setup looks significantly better than what was there before. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and the improvement really makes a difference in the space. I truly appreciate the quality of work and the prompt service!
