  I loved living here I had some of the best times with my roommates and the joint room parties made some good friends. This is not for normal residential families. This is a college space for students and professional singles it’s parties, loud conversation and late nights just respect each other and the space so that it stays nice for everyone

  As a LTU student and a resident of lofts from 2015-2018. I loved arbor lofts…definitely for college students and young adults that do not mind noise or hustle. I didn’t like the fact that it did not have opening windows. But I did enjoy the size and community aspect. I loved the indoor gym and work spots. Would recommend if you want the ez commute to work. Or constant movement of working college student. Great experience for me in the college and early career days.

  Love the amenities here, and definitely appreciate the customer service. Very nice area and the entire staff is top tier — I have to exclusively shout out Crystal though! Throughout my lease at the Arbor Lofts, every single time we interacted, she went far out of her way to help me and my roommate out — whether it came to apartment space furnishings & fixings, moving out, you name it. I honestly usually don’t leave too many reviews, but I had to take the time to express my gratitude for Crystal. She truly does make the Lofts feel like home, with her lovely decor spirit, consistent positive energy, and authentic disposition for meeting you where you’re at and doing her best to help your situation in whatever way she can. P.S. she’s also got a great team of leasing agents, Paige and Paul— they really are great. I just chose to focus on Crystal because she was literally the definition of going above and beyond while I was there. Thank you again to Crystal, Paige, Paul, Bruce, and the rest of the staff!
