  I tried to schedule a tour for this apartment and they wouldn’t even let me see it. I reached out multiple times, followed their process, and still got nowhere. If this is how unresponsive and disorganized they are before you even move in, I can’t imagine what it’s like once you’re a tenant dealing with maintenance or any real issues. HUGE red flag!! I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend!!!

  THEY SUMMONED ME FOR COURT OVER $200. I paid on time for the last 4 years. I had my autopay set up but there was an additional charge for around $40 for utilities. Instead of notifying me, they added an additional $190 in late fees. I paid it (despite being disappointed that I was paying an additional $190 in late fees for an initial $40 principle). Then 2 months later, I find out that they are SUING ME! This place is truly insane. I can't believe them. I am embarrassed for them.

  I want to say in the past six months that I’ve lived here. I am so happy with all the repairs upgrades that you’ve done for me. Maintenance has been amazing. Management has been amazing. I’m just truly happy being here waking up every day to what I call my home. Rebecca, a.k.a. Becca has also been amazing too. So shout out too, Amanda, Becca, Roger, Steve, John and to the newest Maintenance team member known as T. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

  Our experience moving into our new townhome was made truly seamless thanks to Becky at the front office. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to assist us with every step of the process and continues to provide outstanding support whenever we need it. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for residents set her apart. While some aspects of working with upper management and maintenance can be challenging at times, Becky’s consistent dedication and problem-solving skills have made all the difference. Thank you, Becky, for all that you do — your efforts have made our experience here exceptional.

  Do Not !! Do Not!!! Don’t I repeat don’t apply here . M family applied her and wasn’t approved and per their rental agreement application if your application isn’t “approved “ your application deposit fee will be refunded back to you well two month went by with me I went through the chain of command only for Tisha I believe her name is the property manager) who assured me that she would have the accountant send out a check to the us “Mack Family” Rah the leasing agent we met with to apply and see the unit continued to give us the run around when I spoke with Trisha again she said she had put in an email to the property accountant regarding our check not being refunded only for her to say she sent it out two weeks ago but couldn’t show if the check was actually sent or if the check was cashed or received. She told me she would have it sent back out week 1,2,3,4 went decided to reach out again only for her to say sorry ma’am my hands are tied I asked for corporate number she dated to me there’s no corporate number I asked for a better contact number where I could speak with some one above her in regards to to our check she tells me there isn’t one when I asked for her bosses name and number she states the same thing. Let just say it’s today current date and still no refund or a correspondence to me about our check. So again if you apply her and where denied be aware they will keep your money. I know I know someone will say will it says they can keep your fees of your are if your situation falls under a certain circumstance. Nope it didn’t apply to us. In sec 1 para 6/7we and per sec 2 para2. Yep it was that long again and I still have not received my refunded check front then they will steal your money I wonder how many others have they’ve done this too. Nice units for a decent price . They just steal people money and don’t.
