I tried to schedule a tour for this apartment and they wouldn’t even let me see it. I reached out multiple times, followed their process, and still got nowhere. If this is how unresponsive and disorganized they are before you even move in, I can’t imagine what it’s like once you’re a tenant dealing with maintenance or any real issues. HUGE red flag!! I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend!!!

THEY SUMMONED ME FOR COURT OVER $200. I paid on time for the last 4 years. I had my autopay set up but there was an additional charge for around $40 for utilities. Instead of notifying me, they added an additional $190 in late fees. I paid it (despite being disappointed that I was paying an additional $190 in late fees for an initial $40 principle). Then 2 months later, I find out that they are SUING ME! This place is truly insane. I can't believe them. I am embarrassed for them.

I want to say in the past six months that I’ve lived here. I am so happy with all the repairs upgrades that you’ve done for me. Maintenance has been amazing. Management has been amazing. I’m just truly happy being here waking up every day to what I call my home. Rebecca, a.k.a. Becca has also been amazing too. So shout out too, Amanda, Becca, Roger, Steve, John and to the newest Maintenance team member known as T. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

hi can yall check on car parkings on all the buildings im pretty sure there are alot of people not paying. i saw a lot of people putting 2+ more cars on the garages

Our experience moving into our new townhome was made truly seamless thanks to Becky at the front office.
