  Pine Ridge was previously managed by highly experienced professionals under Greystar. They were good in communication and responded to maintenance issues quickly. Now, a new management has taken over. Very poor communication and slow response time for maintenance. It took them months to replace my faulty microwave. There was a time I called them about 9:00 AM to remind them about the microwave situation. The person said she would forward my maintenance requests, but I will be charged a fee because it's out of hours. Very awful!

  I work for a corporate housing company: turnkeyRELO. We provide temporary homes for travelling executives, insurance claims, and individuals. We love working with the team at Pine Ridge Apartments of Rochester Hills! Our tagline is "FAST, FLEXIBLE, FURNISHED", and it requires support from a competent management team on-site to deliver that level of service to our clients. Since we opened our first apartment here in the Spring of 2021, the staff has been amazing to work with. Maintenance is quick, the apartments feature spacious layouts, and the grounds are beautiful. 10/10—We definitely recommend living here.

  Horrible management company they don’t return calls for their own tenants. My packages are getting delivered to different addresses yet the office does not even reach out to me and tell me if a package was dropped off This is the second time the picture below shows a different address that Matt package was delivered yet I was never notified
