I had a very confusing and frustrating experience with pricing transparency at this property.
I originally applied for a 12-month lease and was quoted a certain rate at that time. I understand that pricing can change since I did not sign a lease then. However, when I came back later, I was given inconsistent explanations about how pricing is being applied.
For short-term leases (3–6 months), I was told my pricing must be based on my original application date. However, for a 12-month lease, I was told I must use current market pricing instead. This created a contradiction because the same application is being treated under two different pricing rules depending on lease length.
As a renter, this made the process very unclear and difficult to understand. I was unable to get a consistent explanation of how pricing is calculated or why different lease terms follow different rules.
Ultimately, I decided to request my holding deposit back due to the lack of clarity and consistency in pricing communication.
I would not recommend based on my experience with transparency and communication.
