  Such a great property.. Mitch ( Property Managerd) is one of the kindest, nicest, helpful person you could ever meet..Mitch goes above and beyond to assist in every way..Very Professional, understanding and thoughtful!!!!! Love it!!

  I recently toured Trio Apartments and was very impressed with the community and staff. Paul was especially helpful — professional, friendly, and quick to answer all of my questions. I ultimately chose another complex for personal reasons, but my decision wasn’t due to anything negative about Trio. Based on my experience, I’d absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re apartment hunting in the area.

  Great. Great maintenance and management. The only shortcoming is parking on the east side, the businesses tend to use parking that I think is intended for the apartment complex.

  Such a great place to live! The location is super convenient, the staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the amenities are top-notch. I especially love the gym and the dog wash area. Feels like home with a touch of luxury.
