- SMSu MacAug 13, 20252.0Toured one of the condos recently. It’s not for me. Pros: 1-the lot where the model sits is pretty. Wooded in the back, and the end unit is of course most desirable. 2-Styling is great. Toll Bros shows their buyers how to make it stylish and homey. 3-layout: they make the most of a small footprint. 4- main bedroom and en suite are designed to close the deal. Cons: 1-what’s advertised as a two car garage is not. The stairs to reach the garage floor protrude so that it would be difficult if not impossible to place a car there. 2-snug design elements. Such things as distance between island and counter make kitchen flow impractical. Family room space is small given that the depth of home is compact. 3-window quality is poor. Try opening a window to see for yourself. At the end of the day it is a two level home plus basement that is fashionable, builder grade. A first time homeowner might be thrilled. An experienced homeowner would likely see the flaws and keep looking.
