  Amazing experience getting our apartment here. Always ask for Krissy -- the other staff is amazing too, but Krissy is just next level. She really made us feel comfortable and answer all our questions about getting an apartment in Heron Springs. So far the apartment is great; it has only been 1 week, but we love it here so far.

  We have been a resident here for four years we do enjoy the community looking at the Lake is peaceful however management needs to take better care of trash that has blown into the lake. They also need a better landscaping company to better maintain grasses, half dead trees areas dead from dog feces and goose doo. This is luxury apartment living with rent to match With an increase every year. Would like to see some of that money go back into the surrounding outdoor living. The front entrance always looks beautiful however they need to continue that appearance all the way to the back of the community The maintenance department is very friendly and helpful. They do show up when called however, believe this is a management problem.

  If you are a person of color , DO NOT MOVE HERE. don’t get me wrong Beautiful community, nice appliance . BUT to be paying almost 2K a month you can HEAR everything, lived on the first floor and hear EVERYTHING from upstairs , when someone showers , even when someone flush the toilet . Made several complaints and they NEVER acknowledged or even cared . I work midnights and could never sleep because the people upstairs were obnoxiously loud and were knocking things down from the ceiling and the management DIDNT CARE. lied and said I got complaints but I’m gone at night and sleep during the day ? I don’t want to be obnoxious and say racist but when I complained it wasn’t acknowledged??? Took none of my issues or concerns in consideration. Then had to put so many work orders in , they haven’t been here long so there shouldn’t be issues in the apartment. Then I don’t understand why they allow people with MULTIPLE kids and ANIMALS in upstairs apartments… walls are so THIN. Then when me and friends went to the pool we were asked if we lived here when I clearly got in using my key card ! Just stay away if you’re POC. MAKE SURE TO RECORD AND TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT APARTMENT
