  The supervisor Matt is the real deal. We recently had issues with our sink and dishwasher, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was fixed properly. Throughout the process, he was professional, kind, and very responsive. It really felt like he genuinely cared about getting the job done. We really appreciate his help!

  The leasing office is responsible and always helpful. The maintenance team is also responsive and fixes issues in a timely manner. Overall, a great living experience!

  One of the nicest things about this place is the maintenance team. Every work order I’ve submitted since moving here has been completed within one business day—sometimes even the same day. Special thanks to Matt and Brin for their great service and for being such a respectful team.

  Taira and Julie have been incredible to work with, answering all of my questions quickly and with care at every step. I feel very lucky to have them helping me through this process. Every time I’ve visited or toured Meridian Meadows the maintenance staff was out in full force. You see the care they take in the property but also sincerely friendly and welcoming. I selected MM because of the cleanliness of the property and public spaces along with the condition of each space we toured. MM clearly invests in their staff and the staff invests their energy into making everything feel like home.
