  We’ve been here for one full year now with no issues at all. The apartment is great, the neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. The leasing and maintenance teams are excellent and answer any questions that we had. As a retired veteran, I appreciate them thanking me for my service and waving our security deposit. It’s nice to know that they go the extra mile for our veterans. I definitely would recommend tribute Creek Apartments to our friends and family members. Put this one on your list.

  Disappointed Experience — Not Military Friendly We do not recommend this community. We’re a military family with strict relocation orders and a limited window to secure housing after arriving in Michigan. We were initially told that we would receive an approval decision by Monday. However, after multiple follow-ups, the staff continued to repeat the same “pending review” response without offering clear communication or consideration for our time-sensitive situation. When I spoke directly with the property manager, Nancy, she confirmed we would have an answer today, yet as of 4:56 p.m., no update had been provided. Due to these delays, we had no choice but to withdraw our application to avoid further disruption to my husband’s military reporting schedule. I hope this feedback encourages management to improve communication, staff professionalism, and responsiveness—especially for military families who operate under strict timelines. Clear, courteous communication and respect go a long way.

  Probably the best move we've made in my 85 years. Reviews for other apartment complexes detail slow or inadequate response to maintenance requests. That is not the case at Tribute Creek or other Moceri properties. They respond within hours or the same day. Mark and Gene are great. So is the Sales staff located at "Heron Springs" on Silverbell Road. So if you're looking for a great apartment, think "Moceri".

  Ripped off deposit and added expenses that weren’t valid!! Stay away folks they tend to pick your pocket at the end of the lease! We lived there for 7months and they said that they had to repaint? Really the place was brand new and we kept it immaculate. Big Rip Off Artists!
