  I genuinely have enjoyed living here. While the walls being extremely thin is unpleasant, majority of the appliances are of decent quality and have lasted since move-in. Whether you're in a classic or updated unit, it does look nice. If anything breaks or needs tweaking, maintenance is typically on it at least same day or within 48 hours. Neighbors are friendly or don't bother you at all, never really see any police presence, and no package pirates (as far as I know). Delivery drivers tend to have a hard time over here - Amazon, DoorDash, UberEats... so I wish we had more outdoor lighting and bigger unit numbers. Beyond it all, these townhomes are affordable, safe, quiet (hopefully your neighbors are), and nice quality.

  The weather been up and down and they say they’re not able to fix my A/C because once it’s on it could possibly freeze and break if the weather get back cold again so on the days that are 70+ degrees me and my newborn been hot and sweaty and I can’t cook cause it makes the house even more hotter. $1600 in rent with NO utilities included to my knowledge and me and my baby have to live uncomfortably

  This place is amazing.Elaine is the Absolte best. We have delt with her from the very beginning. Me and my boyfriend moved in here in 2022 with no credit and desperately looking for someone to take a chance on us as we had one child at the time and no where to go. It is now 2026 and we have established our credit and have had two more children.thanks to them we have been able to be in a position to get our first house and I will always be very grateful to all the staff here especially Elaine !!! This company is very caring and very professional i highly recommend moving here.
