When I first moved in, I had to contact the leasing office for so many different things than I’ve ever had before at my old home. They did do a great job by taking care of all of the things that I have to call them for however, I wish that the problems didn’t exist. Also, they say that they have won an award for the great looks of the property or something like that but during the summer seasons, they don’t do a great job at maintaining the bushes at all. When I spoke to the leasing office, they said that the contract that they had with landscaping company was only to cut bushes a couple of times throughout the summer. This resulted in the property looking not well kept, and my bushes ended up growing and looking bad. I could barely even see out my front window. Again, my last home?? This would never have happened. The leasing office staff is great and the managerial staff at the leasing office is good as well. I’ve never had a bad interaction with them.
