  Terrible unit condition. Problem with foundation causing water to leak into main bedroom closet. This has been a problem since the very first week i moved in, which has lead to moldy belongings and an unusable closet. Management doesn't care and wants to raise rent. Yesterday maintenance was over looking at the foundation and I mention how the main bedroom air duct vent leaks air from outside causing room to be at least 5 degrees cooler than the unit set temperature on the thermostat. He told me "it's cause of bad insulation and thats how his apartment is."

  Moving into the area in a few months and need to get a solid plan for the new home. Calling for an immediate tour happened promptly and after the details per differencing on units occurred, the walk through was fantastic. Darcey is so personable and made the information very much possible to see me submitting confidentially within this community. Hopeful for the future and being able to come home here. Definitely recommend based off first impressions and how nice the structures are currently.
