  Kayla was hands down the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. Her energy was just amazing, so cool and genuine. And my grandmother absolutely adored her; she even said she wants to visit Kayla just to catch up. Kayla was honestly the reason I fell in love with this complex. Even though things didn’t work out for me in the end, she was the one who helped me find my dream home, and I’m so grateful. Plus, she’s just the sweetest person and I have to say, she smells incredible too!

  Thank you to the manager Jason and his crew for the strong battle with snow. Last winter was brutal with lots of snow, but there were always buckets of salt at every entrance, on time clearing and salting of sidewalks and main roads. Thank you Jason and crew for the hard work! Building 24

  My fiancé and I toured Portsmouth Apartments last Saturday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Jasmine was our tour guide and leasing consultant, and we truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was fantastic; taking the time to answer all of our questions, explaining everything in great detail, and making the entire process feel fun, welcoming, and stress-free. We toured another community right before Portsmouth, and the difference was noticeable; our experience here was exponentially better. We submitted our application almost immediately. When we ran into some confusion during the application process, Jasmine was proactive and diligent, calling us promptly to get everything sorted out. We highly recommend Portsmouth Apartments!

  The first two photos are today. The other photos were taken over the past few months. The apartment itself is in a great location and very comfortable to live in. However, the quality of the water has been a constant concern. When I asked the reception, I was told that the tap water is safe to drink. But after using tap water in my humidifier for just one day and seeing how dirty it became, it’s hard to believe it’s truly safe. I now buy water from Costco for washing food and cooking, which has become quite expensive. For the humidifier, I purchased two separate filters and run the water through both before using it.(the sixth photo) No one would want to drink yellow-colored water. If you are considering moving in, I strongly recommend taking this issue into account. The office staff are very professional and helpful. The only concern is the water quality, and I strongly believe this issue should be resolved promptly.
