- JJJayJul 6, 20252.0Very very disappointed for throwing hard earned money on this property. Cheap plastics and poor quality wood, accessories, paint, wall fixtures used. After a couple of weeks, the bath room towel hanger came out of the wall. The plastics in the air vents, bathroom holders are poorest quality, Dollar store items are far better in quality. Doors are not aligned properly. One of the bath room door wood is so tight to close/open. Bad(3rd grade wood) was used, Dents, cracks are found too many areas. Paint work is not good, anything is touched to wall, it makes a mark or dent. Construction manager, engineer beg for 10/10 review, but do not care to address issues. Construction manager conveniently ignores after couple of lies such as "busy in meetings", "out of office", "will come next week". Front office manager, the big bald guy pretended to be nice during the purchasing phase. He is so impatient and picks an argument on anything and everything. Thats is how smartly they avoid existing buyers. Every other owner has similar kind of issues. Suggestion to the builder: please do not go for quick profits neglecting the quality.

The townhomes are modern and very spacious with high-quality finishes, and the layout is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The location is incredibly convenient — just minutes from shopping, dining, and major highways, yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The new construction builds in the Townes at Main Street are solid and the construction management team is responsive and professional to help with any questions or requests every step of the way. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, and well-managed community in the Novi area.
