  Real Estate Professional. Tim exudes complete professionalism regarding real estate. His skills are vast enough that he can provide detailed guidance throughout the process. He also does not ignore your questions and will share if he needs to verify changes and updates. He covers an array of services that include personal and commercial real estate. His experience in real estate covers several years. I encourage you to contact him personally. As a first-time buyer I truly did not know many things. Meeting Tim was wonderful because he took time to get to know me, my needs, and wants for a home. A major concern was my allotted budget and Tim worked with me to ensure I was within that limit while getting a home meeting my needs and wants. He never treated my inexperience as an inconvenience and moved at a pace convenient for me. I can't say enough good things about him and his team. He kept the process as fun as possible, was prompt gaining property accesses, and closing was quick & painless. If you are a first-time buyer, I highly recommend contacting Tim!
