  We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Toll Brothers. My boyfriend and I purchased a condo, and just three days after signing, we requested a few minor interior changes. Although the exterior had already been completed, construction on the interior had not yet begun. We asked to make simple updates such as changing countertops, flooring color, and hardware, and we were fully willing to pay any additional costs. Despite this, we were told that no changes could be made whatsoever. This response was both surprising and frustrating, especially given how early in the process our request was made. A company of this size and reputation should show at least some flexibility or effort to work with its customers, particularly when changes are reasonable and the build is not yet underway. This experience has left us questioning the level of customer service Toll Brothers provides and has been far below what we expected. Make sure you review everything you want before purchasing a condo.
