  We have been here for over a year and we enjoy it. We recently had a problem with our clothes dryer. Maintenance came out fairly quickly and determined that it couldn't be repaired. They replaced it soon thereafter.

  We feel so grateful to live in such a beautiful relaxing space with pleasant & respectful neighbors & office staff. Every maintenance request or office concern has been handled quickly, which is greatly appreciated (Thank you Amber, Alex, and maintenance!) This is easily my favorite place I’ve ever lived.

  I strongly advise against moving to Stone Crest if you expect a professional management team or a quiet home. The noise from neighboring units is disruptive and constant because the building does not block sound between apartments. The office staff is condescending and has used derogatory language in response to valid concerns. This community also lacks basic amenities like recycling. There are better housing options in Mount Pleasant that offer better value and respect.
