  Nicole was awesome to work with when looking for my first home. She was able to get me showings in homes i was interested in extremely fast and was very helpful with every step of the home buying process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

  Nicole is a great realtor. She was relentless in getting our home sold and came up with great solutions. Even better I can tell she actually cares about her clients. An upbeat attitude and a smile from a genuine human certainly did't hurt either.

  Nicole will go above and beyond in every way she possibly can. When my dad passed away and I knew we needed to sell his house I called her. She came over and gave me advice on what to do as far as staging and cleaning out the house. She even offered to come help me. From there once contracts were signed she worked tirelessly to sell the house for the best price possible and made the process so much less stressful. She would send text updates after every showing and open house. She had her own contractor and inspector come through to give us ideas and information. She hired a cleaning lady for us. She ran papers to and from the lawyer office. She went way above and beyond what I would expect out of a Realitor. Her caring and compassion for the people she is working for is an added bonus. If you want your house sold by someone who cares and also puts all her effort into making it happen she is the one for you.

  There are not enough words to express how incredibly GRATEFUL I am to have had Nicole as my realtor! She went above and beyond for both my brother and myself. I knew Nicole was an absolute rockstar, even before the thought of buying a house had ever crossed my mind. I will admit, I kept her in my back pocket for when the time came and I would 100% do it again!! My purchase was not quick, nor was it easy! Nicole stayed consistent and repeatedly lifted me back up, keeping me motivated during the stressful process. Thank you so much for walking hand in hand with me while we made one of my biggest dreams come true. So much love for you Nicole!! Anyone that knows Nicole knows that she is an incredibly talented person both in and outside of real estate. Her knowledge of her field though, is impeccable!!   Nicole has a heart of gold. Super nice but will tell you the truth and realistic expectations. She’ll fight and advocate for her clients, which is a rare trait you see these days which I only view as admirable. She is always available for any questions.
