- WPWillie PetersonDec 19, 20253.0Lock has given us trouble, since the time we started 4 years ago. Door has been difficult to slide up. seal on bottom allows dirt and leaves to blow in. In the 4 years we have had it, the price has increased from $75/mo to $130/mo.
- EEElizabethDec 19, 20255.0The location and price is unbeatable, the crew is pretty good, they're efficient and responds to repairs pretty promptly. I live at the Longyear property, plowing could be done more often but hey, being close to the lake comes with lake effect snow so. I appreciate the bench they put outside, and how they've cleaned up the bike racks and the hallways (occasionally). I do not use the laundry facilities however, as the machines are very small and sometimes out of order, and also there are many apartments to share it with so they're often in use. But again, the location and price is absolutely unbeatable. I have seen the northern lights from our parking lot and the ball fields nearby, and walking to the lake is great.

The big problem I have is how freaking long it takes to repair anything, and the fact that it's usually the equivalent of a crappy band-aid that kicks the can down the line for a later repair. In my apartment we are currently scared to even plug in a space heater because of the poor electrical work, and our bathroom is a moldy rotten wreck. We have been in contact with APS since the summer to get this resolved, it's December and they haven't done much but replace the fan in the bathroom. They are stretching their repairmen way too thin.
