  Very hard to get into, you can have excellent credit and make $20 an hour but still be rejected due to “income”

  I make enough to afford the rent but for some reason they’re using net income instead of gross income. This makes no sense at all if I was making $2500 a month after taxes why would I be trying to rent a 1 bedroom apartment with un updated units

  You get what you pay for. Maintenance is marginal. Grass cutting and sidewalk snow removal is good. However snow is never cleared from the walk way between the parking lot and the sidewalk. It is very difficult to get to sidewalk from the parking lot after a snow. I have been staring at a dead (6 foot plus) bush and a four foot pile of dead leaves for a year. The front office does not return phone calls. Gutters on the buildings leak. The Maintenance staff is friendly and fast to respond to inside Maintenance requests. Storage area in the basement is in need of upgrade. There is absolutely no attempt at building a community among tenants. The apartment is large. It is very quiet complex. Parking rules are not enforced.

  Lovely place to call home despite the constant police surrounding the building at night. Lots of Mary Jane smokers as well. But location is great.

  Me and my fiancé had the pleasure of checking out this place recently very clean and well kept I believe we had the pleasure of speaking to Jaylen I think his name was we were Consulting with nice young man very knowledgeable and professional if you check out the grounds I would highly recommend asking for him if he is in he definitely left them high up in our list of options in our search
