The apartments to the eye looks super beautiful and modern, but please do not move here if you do not like noise or trash. The walls are super thin, i hear everything my neighbor does, lots of bumping etc, trash is always left outside people doors instead of the dumpster. You have maintenance people that come to clean out previous apartments at like 8 am making so much noise.

Do not live here, do not apply to live here, keep moving on. This place is an absolute scam and lie and cheat to get you in the door and sign the lease. First off, in the quote for the apartment, price was everything including utilities. Upon our first month's rent, we noticed the price was higher than what we were quoted. Be sure to look over all your paper work. There was an additional fee added on top of what we were quoted. Don't even bother complaining, they'll all give you the run around and you'll never hear back. Second, the security and safety of the building is a joke. The main entrance door is supposed to auto shut/lock. Nope. Anyone can get it. The door drags on the floor and prevents it from shutting securely. My neighbor has mentioned he's seen some sketchy people wandering the hallways in morning. The parking lot entrance has a pothole the size of a bucket. Again we were told they were going to repave the parking lot as this was pitched as a "luxury" apartment. That's probably never going to happen. So don't let them whisper sweet nothings into your ear and if you decide not to heed any of my warnings, check the paperwork! They'll skim over everything to get you in and out of luck. Scam.
