  Kevin and Maria were extremely professional and courteous, and they always responded promptly to any questions we had. Pulte, as a whole, clearly takes pride in delivering high-quality homes to families that may not have otherwise been able to afford such high-level workmanship. My family is very grateful for Pulte and its representatives, who genuinely care about the work they do, but more importantly, the families they serve.

  The new property is in excellent condition and was delivered exactly as promised. The management team has been responsive, organized, and very professional throughout the entire process. Impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the house. The property management team ensured everything was ready for move-in and handled all questions promptly. Great experience so far. The house is well-maintained, and the management staff has been courteous and efficient. We appreciate the smooth onboarding and attention to detail. Antonie, Tony & Maria you are the best.

  I had an excellent experience working with Antoine. From the outset, he provided flexible solutions, including a payment plan for the initial 10% of the down payment, which was instrumental in helping me secure my home. Additionally, I was able to complete the entire purchasing process till closing remotely. The home turned out even better than anticipated, and the location is truly exceptional.
