  Davor and Aaron exemplified what every homeowner hopes for in a construction team. From day one, their communication was frequent, transparent, and solutions‑oriented—they flagged potential issues before they became problems and resolved them with impressive speed. During the six weeks I was abroad in India, they maintained a steady cadence of detailed updates, photos, and progress summaries that gave me complete confidence the build would stay on track. Thanks to their vigilance, the entire process felt seamless, and the finished home reflects outstanding craftsmanship and Pulte’s highest quality standards. Beyond the technical excellence, Davor and Aaron consistently demonstrated ownership and pride in their work. They treated the house as if it were their own, making thoughtful recommendations that added long‑term value and ensuring every trade partner delivered to the same high bar. Because of their proactive leadership, I walked into a turnkey home that exceeded expectations in both fit and finish. Pulte is fortunate to have managers who elevate the customer experience to this level—Davor and Aaron have earned my unqualified praise.

  Amazing builder. Wonderful build process. Any little concern or question -Sales team Lynette, Manager Davor and Site Supervisor Aaron were there. They made sure all concerns were answered in timely manner and did everything possible within their means to accommodate our needs. Extremely accommodating and friendly. Thanks Pulte Team!

  Woodlands of Lyon by Pulte Homes. Here is a short note about my experience with them. Starting from the sales (Ms. Joan), she was right at top with us rightly and promptly responding to all our queries and doubts. Rather being a sales agent focusing only on selling the house, she takes extra care about her clients and makes sure things are in place for them. This requires a lot of professionalism coupled with great Humanity. Next the design section, (Ms. Kim), she is highly talented and very good in suggesting designs and options, when me and my wife were standing clueless. Though there are various options but limited choices, we were able to pick the best ones with her help. I wanted to say, we should be given more time in there or two appointments for us to discuss and get to chosse what's best. Next the construction managers, (Mr. Aaron and Mr. Davor). These gentlemens are the people's people. They know our requirements and they do it in such a professional way, where it can't go wrong. They take care of us with all our questions and needs uptil closing and extending their helping hands even beyond. Prompt in responses, reachable, professional, mostly reliable. Makes you feel you are in good hands, which is highly required when you know who is building your house. Next Pulte Mortgage (Ms. Vicky and Ms. Tammy), they make sure our documentations are perfect in shape and meets the underwriting requirements and they wanted to make sure the client they are handling makes through with the loan process uptil closing. They are very friendly, prompt in response, taking care of the process and clients. We were totally new to this loan processes and though we got much information, it would have been a bit better if we're given more details about the components in loan estimate. Next, Closing Title Company, I would say I'm not totally satisfied with the Title Company. The representative, whoever it is, was not customer friendly or responsible. We had an issue, though that is ok to occur, but leaving us with the issue and going to the next appointment was something we are not very happy about. The issue was from the Title company and they should have been there until it is sorted out. But no. In all the departments we went through, it's the Title company's part we are not at all happy with. Overall, it was a very pleasant journey and memorable events right from the beginning uptil the closing date. Thank you Pulte for giving such nice people to work with. Please consider the feedback on the Title Company side, and when corrected, it will be a 100% awesome experience for upcoming customers atleast. --Sri
