    I do not recommend living here. I've been here 8 months so far. Two weeks before my apartment flooded on November 13th 2025, maintenance conducted what they called a “preventive maintenance check” for leaks, this was on October 28th, 2025. Despite that, my unit flooded shortly after, with water rising up the baseboards, and flooding into the unit next to me. There was so much water it went into the exterior hallway. It’s hard to believe this was truly inspected properly when this level of damage still occurred. After the flood, a restoration company was sent out and every item in my apartment had to be moved. Strangers were in and out of my unit for days. Despite the carpets being soaked and people walking through with shoes during the cleanup process, the carpets were never shampooed afterward. I was left to live with the mess and handle the aftermath myself. Once the work was finished, I was responsible for rearranging my entire apartment alone, furniture, belongings, everything. No assistance was offered, and no additional cleaning was provided. Maintenance also removed my smoke detectors and did not replace them for weeks. I eventually had to involve the fire department just to get them reinstalled. That is a serious safety issue that never should have happened in the first place. To make matters worse, maintenance caused damage when reinstalling the baseboards and left holes in my wall rather than repairing the drywall properly. Hot water problems after the flood also went unresolved for an extended period. Communication from management has been poor. Follow-ups are delayed or ignored, and I’ve had to repeatedly push for basic safety issues to be addressed. This experience has been stressful, disruptive, and completely avoidable with proper management and accountability. If you value safety, cleanliness, and responsive management, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Also FYI, all tbe reviews that mention the staff members by name, are fakes or were offered incentives.

    Melissa and her staff are very helpful in providing and service related issues and are prompt. Very nice property, location is excellent to highway and shopping. I've had no issues at all. I strongly recommend that people consider Water's Edge a choice for a luxury apartment home and all the amenities that they have to offer.

    Just moved in not to long ago nice place to live but they don't keep the parking lots plowed or really enforce the rules just hope this place won't turn in to a bad place to live with kids.

    I have been here for awhile and this is one of the best management teams I've worked with. I miss some of the wildlife but I think its nice to make it open for dog owners. I've always liked the ponds. The maintainence crew are prompt and know what they're doing. Melissa and Jinny are great in the clubhouse. I look forward to new ideas like the Breakfast on Fridays. Everyone is friendly which makes it feel like family.
