  We had such a wonderful experience living at Gateway Lofts for the past three years. The maintenance team was always on top of everything, and any issues were handled quickly and professionally. Melissa, the manager, made such a difference. She always greeted us by name and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. It truly felt like more than just an apartment complex; it felt like a little community and even a family. We’ll really miss living here!

  Amazing place to live in Lansing as an MSU student. Practically on campus, super clean and Melissa and Rose in the leasing office are beyond kind and professional. Couldn’t say enough good things about living here!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa and Rose at Gateway Apartments, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do!!! Not only in how they treat prospects, but in how well they maintain the property. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell it’s very well cared for. Melissa and Rose go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels valued and taken care of. Their professionalism paired with their warm, personable approach truly sets this property apart. I highly recommend Gateway Apartments to anyone looking for a place that combines great service with a well-maintained, inviting environment!

  Melissa and Rose at Gateway Lofts are Amazing!! They go out of their way to make you feel special and cared for. This is my second year staying at the property and I plan on staying for many more. The apartments really feel like home. The interiors are beautiful, maintenance is quick to resolve any concerns, and it's in a great location! Nothing but positive things to stay! 1000% recommend for anyone looking for a home in Lansing!

  I am a resident here for 2 years and each time my lease get close to end I renew it, I highly recommend living here great resident environment! Shout out to the manager melissa she always ensure to provide the best living experience to the residents so helpful and professional ! Great location clean amenities great maintenance team so close to msu and a high safe community overall I highly recommend this place to any one considering it.
